We mark promotional products with screen print, flocking, embroidery, patches and textile transfer. Fabric, quantity and finish decide the technique; the quote sets the price.
Manual or automatic print through a silk mesh, mainly on textiles: t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps. The artwork is exposed onto the screen with a photosensitive emulsion. Screen print is also how we make plastisol transfers, apply heat-seal for digital transfers, and lay the adhesive for flocking.

Often mixed up with screen print: adhesive is printed on the fabric, then velvet powder (flock) is projected onto it. Flocking also comes as a transfer sheet. Soft finish, typical of raised letters and logos.

Premium textile marking: thread survives washing and adds a clean relief. Used mainly on polos, shirts and jackets.

A quality, often more economical alternative to direct embroidery. Weaving stays flat and readable, including small type. Suited to pieces that are hard to embroider: tracksuits, jackets, parkas and especially beanies. SENA is one of the few woven-patch makers in France.

A thread patch, then heat-applied or sewn. You keep embroidery relief without stitching a garment that is too thick, too soft or too small. Practical on parkas, tracksuits and beanies.

Unlike shop inkjet sheets, a screen-printed textile transfer survives washing and stays soft. It suits stretch fabrics (technical wear, leggings) and bags that are awkward to print directly. Flex transfer also marks t-shirts one at a time.
