These terms of sale govern quotes and orders for custom promotional products offered by SENA FRANCE on senafrance.com.
1. Seller
Legal notice (SIRET, trade register, host) is on the Legal notice page, from values entered in Admin. No registration number is invented here.
2. Quotes and orders
A quote is not an order. The contract is formed when we confirm your acceptance (payment, written go-ahead, or quote validation). Customised goods (print, embroidery, marking) are made from the files and options you approve.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise, and may depend on quantity, print technique and lead time. A priced quote prevails over the catalogue price.
4. Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout (bank transfer, card via a licensed provider when the terminal is live). Production may start after payment or as stated on the quote.
5. Customisation and withdrawal
Goods made to your specifications (logo, text, colours) generally do not benefit from the distance-selling cooling-off right that applies to standard goods (French Consumer Code, article L. 221-28), where that right would otherwise apply.
6. Delivery
Stated lead times are indicative. Risk and shipping costs follow the method chosen on the quote or order. Check the parcel on receipt and report damage within the usual time limits.
7. Claims
Report visible non-conformity to info@senafrance.com with photos and the order or quote number.
8. Personal data
Processing is described in the privacy policy.
9. Governing law
French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of SENA FRANCE’s registered office have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
